For instance, some business can be done by all age groups who have the right resources such as capital and idea to start the business. I agree with all your points, and I'd also say when you've got money! On the contrary I see many people start businesses because they are broke and not that it won't be successful but it puts a lot of pressure on the individual and can affect cash flow

Yes you don't start business when the pressure of responsibility hit you. This is one of the greatest mistake some people make, thinking that it will be to early for them to start a business and they don't have the knowledge to manage it.
