Which forum software do you feel offers the best support on their official support forum? You can mention an open source and a commercial software if you like.

Well, for commercial I tried both xenforo and IP.B.
For user support, I find XenForo's forums to be amazing. There are a bunch of non official staff members always helping around. I have experienced this first hand. Regarding official staff help, I can't say the same.

IP.B I have not had the chance to use get much help from the users, but looking around in the forum I have seen a lot of negative things. But then again, with IP.B I find their official support system far better and superior to XenForos.

I agree. The help I got while I was trying to create my first addon was pretty awesome.
