In my experience, mailchimp is the best because it is free for 2000 emails and has a lot of templates that you can use for free. If you send emails every day, you might find sendinblue even better because you can send 300 emails every day for free (9000 in a month).

In order to do email marketing through mailchimp or sendinblue you need an email list. If you don't have an email list where will you send your marketing emails? Therefore, the first step of email marketing is building an email list.

I am someone who does not like Email marketing
I prefer social media marketing to Email marketing
