Becoming Obsolete

In your opinion, what is quickly becoming obsolete?

For me, I guess one area that is going to be obsolete, is mass food production, like making food that generally has someone behind the cooking process, but a machine built for a specific purpose taking over the duties.

I remember seeing advertised somewhere online recently, a machine that can flip food in fast food restaurants. The food is put down on the stove or grill top, and the machine is activated and takes over the responsibility of making sure it gets flipped at the right time.

Kerosene stove is something that I think is getting obsolete because back in the days It used to be the major request for food cooking or processing but now it's all cooking gas.
