How aware are you of copyrights when you design anything?
I'm pretty diligent when it comes to copyrights because as an artist, I don't like things to get stolen. But even when designing things based off of gaming, you have to be aware that someone else's art is copyrighted.
The way to go about handling that is to reach out to the artist or copyright holder and get permission to use their work.
