Let's assume that something happened in your forum that led to almost every member being against the decision you took. What would be your next line of action if such a thing happen?

Would you put the forum offline and if yes, how long do you intend to do so or would you resort to a more harsher measures by banning all that are not in your support permanently?

I don't see this kind of thing happening on my forum or any forum because it is impossible for all members to go against you at once. If people are not happy with you need to either compromise be strong with your decision.

You must have really done something that would have angered all of your forum members and you should know that you are on the wrong side as all of them should not be angry the same time amd you should find a middle ground to rectify the issue.

In as much my workers decisions is not to close down my forum she I've not done to warrant that, i always have to think about the decision of my workers amd make it my top priority

That is a very bad thing and I think it can only happen when you refuse to pay them after they have worked for you or when you are not treating them nicely. Forum members love it when you treat them very well
