That's very true. Many people have already made the mistakes and they are regretting it.google wants the quality from you, they prefer the quality more than the quantity.
It's why some webmasters employ the use of blackhat tricks to get their website to rank higher on Google which bites them back very hard in the end.

That's very well. They uses black hat tricks and at the end they suffer much. You can't play tricks with Google Even if you try you will only be put to shame.

It is actually why I don't really joke with Google expecially when it comes to the techniques that someone makes use of and trying to get their website to rank very high on Google because Google will always catch you.
 
If your title contain keywords, key phrase or long tail search term, your content has high chance of getting ranked on search engine, but just because your title content keywords, it does not guarantee that you will rank high.

Google can easily recognize you to avoid being catch you need to do your best and abide by their rules. But have you ever being caught on Google? For playing tricks.
 
Since title plays a great role a lot of website owners and content creators use titles as clickbait. The tile will be great but the content will be poor. This is not very good way to build traffic.
