Are your staff allowed to work for a competitor?

Do you have any problems with having your staff work for another forum that's set up as a competitor or a rival in the same niche?

I don't think that there's anything to worry about as long as you don't find your staff sharing in-house information with your rival and you see it being used against you.

I have no rules where I forbid staff to work on other rival forums. However, I was once forbidden to work on a certain forum because it was a rival of the forum where I was a staff member.
