Is it important to change how we work? Yes, because I like to work smart.

Right now I can say a working smart all because my kind of work is not the kind that someone will be supervising me while working so I do it the way I know it will be easier for me and at the end of the day, I get the best result am expecting out of it.

I can say that both. I also work smart, but sometimes I have to work hard to be able to finish the job. now it also depends on what field you are talking about or what business ... but where I work, that's about it.
