Being resistant when is comes to the issue of upgrade deals or is being controlled by two forces.
1 . Age
2. Self will
Age : it is a natural thing to get ageing. There are certain things you did , like eating while you where a child etc but as age catch up with you , you begin to feel lackadaisy about doing it. I understand your point , I agree with you on how you are acting currently. That happen as a result of a natural force 'age' .
2 . Self will - this is when you have chosen condition your mind in such a way to be resistant to upgrades .
These are some of the forces that are acting on one who is resistant to upgrades.
To me I do not resist upgrades . I resist upgrades only when I do not have money to purchase a particular item or when I do not see the need to upgrade .
