Are you "living the dream"?

I was talking with a friend in the UK who was talking about high tax rates, price of electricity, housing - yikes!

What does it mean to you to be 'living the dream'?

I guess you can say I'm "living the dream" if "living the dream" is considered mostly financial freedom. I live with my parents because I don't have the funds or the type of job that builds enough funds to live alone. However, I just purchased a new car today and I'll be paying it off monthly, which will take a chunk out of my check, this is in addition to the current bills I pay.

I think living the dream is being almost 100% content with the way your life is and how happy you are with life. I fall under both categories pretty well at this time, but I've been through one too many rough periods in my life where I wasn't living the dream.

Not having to pay property tax.
No more inflation.
Lower utility rates.
Affordable insurance.
Cheap doctor bills.
