I've considered buying a smart watch for a while now. I own a cheap fitness tracker, that's the closest to a smart watch that I have.

I just worry that if I buy a new smart watch, a better one will drop tomorrow. And I hate how fast new watches come out. What smart watches do you guys own?

In about $18 you can own a smartwatch in India so I feel it's quite affordable. They comes with a lot of features which might be useful to some, useless to some. How much did you spend on your new one? (I don't own any yet because I don't feel the need of having one. I love my analog watch)

I myself have not owned a smartwatch but I do know that my mum had a Samsung one for the last 4 years and unfortunately, just recently the clock face came away from the smartwatch and it turned out it was glued on rather than snapped in.

She said she was very lucky when she was charging it and that the glue lasted as long as it did due to the smartwatch getting warm when charging and that when she did a search regarding the issue, it was a common problem that was a manufacturer defect.

The watch at the time 4 years ago cost her £200 but she has gone for a cheaper one this time. I would say they are worth the price but they are not worth spending £200 on for sure.

As for whether smartwatches are worth it, it really depends on what you're looking for. I've been using a smartwatch for a while now, and I find it super handy for tracking workouts, staying connected, and managing notifications on the go. Sure, there's always the risk of a newer model dropping, but if you find one that meets your needs and fits your budget, it can be a worthwhile investment. By the way, if you're still exploring options, I recently stumbled upon a finely crafted Patek Philippe replica that's surprisingly close to the original. Might be worth checking out if you're not keen on splurging. Here's the link: replicapatekphilippe.io.

There is nothing that your phone cannot do that smartwatch does. Therefore, I believe there is no need to pay a lot of money to smartwatch

It depends I guess. If you have the desposible income and want a watch that can do more than just 'watch' stuff, then it can be. I have a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and I really like it. It pairs well with my Galaxy S21+ and i use it hwen i know i'm gonna be out and about for the day and away from home so I don't gotta keep whipping out my phone to check the time or if I get a text or other notification, i can quickly check it at a glance.

Smartwatches can be worth the price if you use many of their features. I've got an Apple Watch, and I love how it integrates with my phone, tracks workouts, and handles notifications. It's been reliable, and I don't need to upgrade constantly. One downside is the fast-paced tech updates, which can quickly make your watch feel outdated. But if you get a reputable brand, it should last you a good while. For those still on the barrier, looking into best replica watches might be a good way to try out the style and functions without committing to the total price. This way, you can see if a smartwatch fits your lifestyle before investing in a brand-new one.
