Appeals?

So how do you normally handle appeals from members for various things such as bans, warnings and account restrictions? Do you even allow your members to appeal?

Normally I ask a year to pass before members appeal a ban (Permanent Bans & Warnings) or a month for restrictions; This is to give them time learning their lesson before considering getting them back.

So what is your appeal system like?

Before, when I a forum owner, this was the appeal process. They could submit a appeal to me by pm on Discord. We had a template that they had to use. They had to fill the template in correctly and then I would review it and make a decision on whether they would unbanned.
