Anyone tried pinterest marketing?

It seems everyone is using pinterest services. But I never heard anyone using it for thir website/product marketing.
What do you think , can you use it for website/product promotions?

i am not convinced - i have had a look at it and dont really get it and there has been alot in the press about copyright challenges and that the whole premise may be legally dodgy which i find off putting

Hard to say since I didn't use it ether. I think it really depends on the knowledge you have about it and if you know or do not know how to use it to your advantage.

I get pinterest less than I do Facebook. I almost always follow the invitation links I get in my email but once there I don't know where to start.

The site is a pretty pretty place and I like pretty things but still, I can't get into it for some reason.

In contradiction to the claim, there are actually those who use it because of the considerable traffic it gave them.
