Any of you use Google Docs Forms?

I find it pretty awesome and use on several on my websites. I think its better than the default forms from wordpress jetpack
Do you use it?

I use Google Docs quite a lot and I simply love it.

I think it can be a very good alternative to MS Word or MS Excel.
