Annoying Staff

I would not use the word annoying but worrisome staff. They think they need to be given more bonuses or salaries because of their inputs. If their inputs merit the bonus, then one should grant it to avoid losing one of the best staff there is.

I really don't think a staff can do this with me though. If a staff can't maintain the position given to him or her in my organization the best thing is for the person to just leave the position.

What do you do if you have a staff member who keeps on asking for more privileges, or maybe this member decides to want to switch team every now and again? I find this very annoying but dont know what to do.
Just remind them that you’re the boss and it’s up to you to make those decisions.
*Or* you can do what my Daddy does. He just says something like, “Um sure, lemme think about it” and then he dodges them.

To prevent having issues of an annoying staff the best thing is to as an organisation have a laid down standard in which employees should abide by and you make concession to any staffs request then you'll let them know it is just a privilege not a right.

It is better to make provision of contract agreement just as @Anis Boukezzoula suggested. It will help detail the role if the staff member and the privileges, salary and so on.

Personally, I don't really know how to deal with such kind of staff. Once you have all it takes to get me more business sales, I'm not going to be bothered one bit at all.

Laughs, provided the manager delivers surely their is no problem with him. All that matters is business success and you reward him consistently too.

Well you just need to make the person understand that his actions are not professional and that he needs to change. Secondly , you are at the position to make the final decision so his opinion shouldn't border you that much

The rules should be set and every members of the company should know what is expected of them and what Is not expected and as such you can sack the person if he misbehave
