What do you do if you have a staff member who keeps on asking for more privileges, or maybe this member decides to want to switch team every now and again? I find this very annoying but dont know what to do.

If they are making so many demands then best thing is to demote them or ask them to leave the team as I don't want someone in my team who keep asking for something to be honest.

Dealing with an annoying staff is stressful but if these staff adds value to your job you should try to not allow their attitude spoil what you have at hand perseverance is the key .

For most problems we humans may have communication is key so make sure to tell the person how his or her attitude is of no interest to you and what you expect from the person to better work together.

i personally call it a childish behavior, and whoever does that, shouldn't be really a staff member anymore, not having a stable personality is surely an issue

I really don't know what to do to that kind of a staff, but before I do something we both won't like I will make sure I give him the grace of switching team for like three times after then he or she want to switch again,I guess I have to do something we both won't like then.

In such a case or scenario, you may just have to let this person either go away or tell them point blank that you'll no be entertaining such requests from them anymore

If I have a staff that keeps on asking for more privileges as a staff what I will do is to spell out the only privilege that a staff can enjoy and tell him point-blank that he can choose to remain a star or he will sign as my staff.

To avoid those problems before this staff starts working on your site, the first thing to do is make a contract including all the features (salary, privileges, bonuses, how much he should work...).

If he accepts the contract, then I don't think so. To be annoyed, even you can kick him out, and you have the right to do it.

As long you as you are the head and owner of a company and you discovered this kind of staff, such needs to be confronted with the truth and to realize their place and queried next time...

It is better to make provision of contract agreement just as @Anis Boukezzoula suggested. It will help detail the role if the staff member and the privileges, salary and so on.
Every organisation there's always an annoying stuff who keeps annoying other workers or distracting them from carrying out their objectives and goal, but you as a manager you must be able to manage this stuff in order to have required output.

If the demands of a particular staff is becoming unbearable the employee needs to be talked to and you explain certain things to him that his demands cannot be meet at that point in time, let him see reason from the stand point of the growth of the business, then if his demands continues, then no one is indispensable,he should be allowed to seek his prospect elswhere.

Yes, if I'm the boss or owner of the company, and a staff or employee is just distracting others from carrying out their duties. I'll quickly suspend such staff/employee or fine him or her, with warnings that may lead to his or her ousting if such detestable act is repeated.

However, the workplace environment is such that there will be annoying employees. They get the job done, but their habits and knacks can cause a rumble with the rest of the team. If you don’t deal with annoying employee habits, it can create dissatisfaction with the rest of the team.

Some individuals are simply annoying they feel though they're cheated cos you aren't offering him some bonus for the extra gig he accomplishes. Humans can never be satisfied on earth, but being contented with what you have can reduce the over superiority complex in you.

Some humans are just naturally stubborn and annoying. For those that make annoying demands and make the company look like they can do nothing without them, I think the best thing to do is terminate their appointment.

As leader or manager, you should be ready and be able to tolerate all times because you will surely meet alot of annoying staffs and also customers but that does not mean you take it all. I believe there should be laid rules and the staffs should be aware of these rules before joining

I never have had any annoying staff, but I once had annoying users on my site. I had to ban the user when I discovered that he was sending fake traffic.

Make sure that this staff member.in question is one that is mentally okay to begin with. Then have a sit down with this person after a few episode to.let them decide what they actually want or else you may have to part contract with them
