Amount of Staff Members

How many Staff Members do you have? Currently, it is only me and the other owner since we're not even open to the public yet.

Currently, I have a few staff members on my forum. I have 2 administrators and 3 global moderators.

I think a very active forum should have 2 admins, 4 supermods and 1 mod per subforum, so that way forums can be cleaned easier

Currently my forum has 2 admins and 3 moderators. As the forum grows I am planning to open up more positions.

Currently it is just me at the moment. I will look for more staff as the forum grows but I am only in need of one global moderator at the moment.

On my forum, it's currently myself and three other administrators, which are all people I know personally and have for quite some time - which definitely makes communication a lot easier. I'm not planning on hiring any moderators anytime soon.

Right now on my website I am the only staff member. I don't have a need for any moderators yet, so it's just me and then the members. In the future I'll have a few Moderators or maybe even a Co-Admin, but I'm fine with 0 other staff right now.
