Age Requirements

Do you have age requirements on your forum or website? How do you enforce such requirements?

I require you to be at least 13 years of age due to COPPA requirements, other than that I honestly don't have any other age restrictions. And usually, since let's be honest, it's rather easy to lie about your birth date on a forum, I don't get too much people saying out loud their real age unless they're actually over 13 so it's pretty hard to enforce such rules.
