The Taliban, are a extremist / terrorist group and after 20 years of the UK and USA fighting this group, to protect the rights of Afghanistan’s citizens, this has failed and now the Taliban have declared victory of the war. I’m sure you would all agree that it’s tragic to see people rather risk their lives, clinging onto Planes to flee from the country.

My prayers are with the citizens of this country and those affected by the new government that forcefully made their way into power.

However, putting this all to one side for a moment, what will be the economic impact as a result of a new government?

I really do not know what will happen now. I am a Muslim by faith myself. However, I have never supported taliban ever. They made Muslims look bad and most of their actions are clearly against the teachings of Islam. I am sure there are many Muslims who do not support Taliban either.

Of course the main impact of the economy will be destroyed, many Afghans withdraw their money from ATMs, so that it will further disrupt financial circulation, especially if the Taliban cannot access the cash and gold reserves stored by the central bank and foreign banks like in America. The economy will be even worse if America does not recognize the Taliban government so that it will block all international aid and funding.

It is unfortunate that Afghanistan is under the rule of these extremists and I can't help but wonder what would happen to the citizens who have no where to run away to especially women and children.

The negative impact of the Taliban taking over the affairs of the Afghanistan economy is that the Muslim women won't be able to contribute their quota to economic and national development. Part of their laws is that no women should be allowed to work in public spaces or attend schools which is very bad for a country.

I want to see the impact that the Taliban will have. One thing I haven't understood is why the people are fleeing when they have their extremists in power? Are the Taliban corrupt? Are they forceful in use of power? Or won't they abide with the Islamic laws?

A lot of other countries, including but not limited to the United States and United Kingdom class them as a terror group like, ISIS, for example. Take a look here further into the history of them. The citizens of Afghanistan are scared of the Taliban and are fleeing because of fear of terror.

Not only the U.S or UK, many Muslim groups have also criticized the taliban and clearly condemned their activities. I am really not sure what will be the future of Afghanistan's economy, but I am actually worried about the people of Afghanistan in this regards.

Its a frustrating one to see government that doesn't care for the people. Just having the spirit of oneself and looking very evil.

My take on Taliban is a group of warriors. That is the reason why they won the war. Running a government needs economic managers and other professionals. Soldiers cannot handle the health, education, finances and other departments.

What the economy will look like is unimaginable. They have told all female TV host to resist from doing so and of course there are more of their dictatorship activities coming.

We should be supporting them in our prayers , pray the terrorist should see reasons that killing a fellow is not a way make heaven , let there be peace in the country.

The Talibanis know nothing but guns and terrorism so the result will be the same as expected. They will involve in looting the country until another superpower comes to the rescue of Afghans. By the way, Even Russians did their bit before the USA and other countries entered Afghanistan.

That is unbelievable this is very painful to we government no caring about to help is not really good at all, these can really affected the economic of the country.

The economy has already taken a hit because of Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. The funds of the central bank of Afghanistan has already been frozen, economic sanctions have been imposed already from Western countries coupled with the present chaos that is present now.

Their economy is going to feel the heat, especially because so many countries won't partner with them. They're known oppressors.

Whenever the force in control of a country has dictatorial attitude, the economy declines. Freedom allows people to compete and have innovative ideas that boosts the economy.

Indeed it is sad to see that Muslim religion has now been misinterpreted as a chaotic religion . The sad part of this is that these people have tutors. These tutors were once taught as well. Those who started the movement are the ones that have made these people what they are today

Taliban taking over the country would have a negative impact on the economic because many countries would not partner with them because of this.
