Affiliate marketing means you refer customers to a company or business and make money when these potential customers actually buy the product. Multi level marketing means. You pay fees to join a company. You receive products for joining, you get people to sign under you and they pay joining fees. You make money by selling products as well earn commission from the people who joined under you. I don't have experience with any of these and I want to know which method is good.

Actually, affiliate marketing shouldn't be compared with MLM. Affiliate marketing is much more reliable and rewarding. Most of the MLM in my country promote the get-rich-quick syndrome, thereby turning out to be scams. I had a bitter experience with a MLM and that was when I first heard about it.
