Is there any advantage, rural area have over Urban area? I live in a rural area, I believed one can have access to lands at will and that is not applicable in the urban area, as the land prices is much in the urban areas.

I live in an urban area, and I'm even planning on relocation to a rural area, since my source of income is online.

There are certain advantages, but at the same time it has disadvantages, for example: in rural areas the price of properties is lower compared to urban areas, but access to transportation is more limited. We could also say that in rural areas there is less business and less competition compared to urban areas, but it could also be said that there is less demand

In the urban areas, there is the presence of white collar job so everyone is busy unlike in the rural settlement. So in essence there is little or no form of serenity in the urban settlement.
Lastly,in the urban areas social amenities like good roads, consistent power supply,etc.are available which might not be available in the rural settlement.

I think crimes also occur in rural settlement. The only major difference is that the crimes that occurs aren't high compared to others

Not everyone maybe interested in acquiring a land in a rural area. However, the only reason why I can stay in a rural area is easy access to fresh agricultural produce for consumption and the serenity of the environment.
