It is a great vector program from Adobe. I used it a lot in the past. I was able to make many realistic looking objects. Anyone used it before or even heard of it.

The whole program is not far different from Photoshop. Well if you go in detail it is but the main stuff is basically the same. Any basic stuff that is made on Photoshop can easily be made on Illustrator as well.

I have heard of it, but never gave it a try though. I always thought like, illustrator is for pros! :p

Well I used to hate it and I'll be using it later to create a non-pixelated background for the theme I am doing. I created the backgorund in potoshop but when I ported it to the background of the site the edges were pixelated wereas if I done it in Illustrator, no more pixels! So I failed but hey. xD

I'm a photoshop guy, I've tried Illustrator but I can literally get the same results with Photoshop. There may be some pro's to it, but I'll stick to photoshop until I go full pro.

I love Illustrator, my Avatar (The logo) is made in Illustrator. I use it for any business related logo needed. I use to be a logo designer, and as such all I used was Illustrator, so I have a lot of history with it.

Considering the only thing my Computer Graphics class is teaching in the first marking period is Illustrator, it's the only graphics program I'm sufficient in. It's pretty fun to use, and I've covered most of the screen with swatches, brushes, and an entire panel of layers so I can keep track of everything I do in it. (I like to do short strokes with the brushes, so it makes about 50+ paths in one layer every time. e_e)

The best way to learn about the SEO business is by actually working for someone else who is successful in the business. Nobody can impart all the knowledge necessary to get your started in this small space.
I think you clicked the wrong topic...

I think once you get a taste of the power of Illustrator, you will start to see how Photoshop is inferior for some tasks. Illustrator does have a higher learning curve, since you are working with all separate vector shapes and trying to memorize all the functionality in how to edit them is a little overwhelming. I still often have to do a quick Google search to remember how to do a given task in it. But I love the clean designs it can produce and the precise control over shapes and colors it offers.
