Administrative Permissions

How do you handle giving out Admin permissions? Do you have any staff members that have hidden Admin permissions to help you with your workload, or just to be able to help out should any emergency happen?

I'm personally very delicate with Admin permissions, as you're giving away some powers that could ruin your forum.

If you truest your staffs, then its not a problem. But giving away admin permissions for a staff member whom you can't trust is pretty stupid!
