Theme:
The main design of the theme looks very good and clean. I especially like the use of squares and rectangles, until I decide to hover over them. The very bottom of the highlighted button still stays black. e_e
The other issue I have is the font and color of the text in the actual posts. The font is harder to read, and the grey makes it much harder as well. I recommend converting that to straight up black Times New Roman or Verdanda.
And lastly, the fact that the Latest Posts widget is all the way at the bottom makes little to no sense for me. Sure, you have them all on the homepage, but I really like it in a condensed form.

Ads:
Only one ad present on the page at the top right. Not a bad place for an ad, people will be clicking on it for more revenue as well. I do recommend one ad in the footer, to collect a little extra spare change, since your footer isn't busy at all.

Posting Habits:
You post plenty of detail for each post, and it's well spaced out (except for the font and color). The spacing for the 1. and 2. lists are messed up, so they get jammed in the side of the page. I like how you're now starting to post daily. That's probably the sweet spot for a new blog that's not generating much money at first.
However, I do not like how you only write one sentence when something can be downloaded. Personally, it makes me think it's a virus right away, or something of that sort. Including more detail would be nice, even on a .png logo.


And that's all I could think of after looking at your blog for about 5 minutes. Chao!
