Ghee is clarified butter that is very popular in India. It is made by heating butter and then straining the liquid. Recently, some of my Indian friends recommended me to add one tea spoon of ghee in my coffee and drink this coffee in the morning. When I tried it, it was amazing. Have you tried this?
