This administrator is responsible for activity in the community. The responsibilities includes creating activity, maintaining activity, and driving activity on the forum as well as engaging in methods that will gain the community new members.
Said person should know how to start and successfully populate new forums because we are still in that category and lacking in members and activity.
This person needs to reside in the USA, speak English, be above the age of 16, know how to use Vbulletin, and most of all.....have an interest in politics. I don't care what sort of political belief because it's a neutral forum. If you don't have an interest in politics this forum is going to get boring for you fast...so I need someone who likes politics and keeps up with them very often.
This person will need to be dedicated and have time everyday to log on and do all of the responsibilities needed. I don't want someone who's going to do drive bys...login - post 3 threads and leave...no wont have that...stay and actually be a part of the community. It is quiet right now...your job is to fix that.
Now it is a paid position. The pay will steadily rise as the forum becomes more active. I will be paying $3.22 a day which adds up to $100 a month. For being on a forum and having fun and getting it active...that's not bad for pocket change. It will grow in time too. I will pay bi monthly $50 on the 3rd and 18th of the month via paypal.
So please send me a private message. I want to know if you are capable of this job, if you meet the requirements I set, any past experience you may have, and why you think I should hire you.

US based political forum is a specific niche. Besides the people who go to that forum are probably Americans right? Not sure a international forum would suit them. Not to mention the drama and rage wars that would get started between two countries.
