What do you think about creating an affiliate review subforum where you can highlight worthwhile products your forum members might want to buy? You could review and link to niche products from Amazon, Clickbank or any other affiliate program. This would be the ideal solution for anyone who wanted to keep their forum ad free but still generate money. The forum members would have the choice to visit the subforum rather than having ads forced on them.

I really like this idea! I am wondering if anyone has tried this out. I feel like if the products were related to your specific niche then you could generate some income by promoting those products in a good way.

This sounds like a great idea and one that I feel could really work especially on a forum if you have a good member base already. I never really thought to do it this way but say if you have a gaming forum you could post reviews on games or even gaming devices along with a link to the product which I would imagine would get a huge amount of interest if you had a lot of big gamers active on your forum.

I think this could be very successful especially if you provide unique, high quality products. The products have to be easily purchased by the visitor (i.e. digital products). Take a look at The Warrior Forum. They're pretty successful. A lot of posts there are about different make money online products and I bet a lot of people are buying those sh**.

Or, maybe instead of making it a sub forum, maybe you could make it your main forum. If you don't want to run a forum, just make a review site. That would do also. :D
