I think the site you are talking about was called Don't Pay Full or something like that. Creating a coupon sites or offering coupons for various companies on your site can be really interesting way to make money. But the main issue here is how do we get the deals that we will be offering to other users. Then, there are also so many companies offering same thing, so getting customers could be really difficult.
