Do you offer a money back guarantee for your product? What are the rules to receive the money back?

At HolderHost.com we have a money back guarantee and it is basically at mine and xpl0iter's discretion. We will obviously refund if we feel you have a right to feel dissatisfied or haven't used your shared hosting.

Although if you had got a free domain with your hosting, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund.

Also, if you where suspended, or breaking the terms of use, you are no longer entitled to a refund.
