What did you like about the service completed (positive comments)? Posted across a wide range of blog posts. Ravenfreak stands out with some really good, well thought out contributions. Alex too. Some good content provided. The other's are a little short. A line or two if that. But I'd certainly use the service again.

What could we improve for this service? The time taken. Especially when Alex is saying "I'll complete this tomorrow" on 14th May and actually starting the request five days later! I don't mind if it takes time - I totally understand that it does - but don't say you're gonna do something and then not... if that makes sense. Or if something has come up, just pony up and say that. Keep the customer updated.
