Xenforo vs IPB?

I prefer Xenforo hands down personally to IPB. Why? Because easier to manipulate, manage and more customizable.

Well, i haven't made use of Xenforo neither have i made use of IPB. I have heard around that Xenforo is better than IPB though because it is much easier to use.

I have never used any of these forum softwares to create my own forums, however, I have been a staff member on the forums using these software and based on my experience I think Xenforo is easier to use and also better looking.

Speaking as someone who has used both Xenforo and IPB forums, I can say that Xenforo is the better choice, without the textbox errors that plague IPB. The fact that you earn an in-forum currency with each post on Xenforo allows for more features than IPB as well.

When I was helping an admin of an IPB forum, I remember reading a lot of tickets on the IPB forum by frustrated admins. IPB might be slightly easier to customize than Xenforo, but it is buggy.
