Well I for one would rather first park my newly purchased domain in one of those reputable domain parking site and earns some little commission from traffic on my domain before selling it, probably before then the Domain must have added value or a handful of bidders
What do you guys think?

I suppose it depends on how much you are wanting to earn from parking it. If you're earning a nice amount by parking it you may as well leave it parked until someone comes along and wants to buy it for a large fee.

I think that selling it is the much better option because the revenue from parking it is probably low whereas if you sell it you can use the funds to invest in a more stable revenue source as well.

I hate selling things because I worry if someone can make it bigger then I could with the domain.

I can only Park the domain name start what does it attract a lot of traffic. However if I receive an attractive offer on the domain name which can lead to lots of profit, I am going to sell the domain name right away.

Which ever option one choose to take of the two, it will still give you a good profit if you finally sell it off for a very good amount of money. I will prefer selling it off to parking it

I can only Park the domain if it happens that it will see if huge amount of traffic to the extent that it can brings me passive income.

I would rather that I sell my domains immediately after purchase than parking it. I don't want to have waist too much time holding a domain for too long before selling

It depends on the circumstances around but i will just sell after purchased if i will get profit but if i will not get any profit i rather pack and wait for another buyer.

Exactly, you have made a very good point because without making profit from any kind of business dealing, it's not really worth the selling as it will come with no profit.

Spot on. I'll do same; I mean it's a win win situation in the end for me - there's no rush, I'll just earn both ways instead of rushing to sell.
Not only will it increase in value or bidders, I'll have time to tweak or adjust things to make it higher profitability wise

Your parked domain can give you money if it attracts much traffic. Maybe it's related to a particular word. Aside that,it will not earn you anything. Selling it may be difficult too if you don't find a buyer for it. It's better to develop a website around it.

I have a lot of parked domains but it is not me who parked these domains, it was the registrar's work. Every unused domain will be naturally parked by your domain registrars. Selling domains is very difficult work.

I think this will depend a lot on my projections. If I am going to make a lot of money from packing it then I'm definitely going to go for it if not I will just prefer to sell it if an offer comes.

Sometimes domain name business is very profitable. I would first park my domain name somewhere to gain popularity so that when I want to sell the domain name I will sell it high

To make money with this, you need to park your domain for sometimes and later you can try selling this domain. Selling immidiately won't give you more money.

I would rather prefer to manage it with resources and make it become known globally instead of parking or selling it.

It is a very good idea to park a domain and be earning money from the process before selliing, but remember that everyone will have different reasons for selling off the site immediately or not after buying. For instance, if there is a ready buyer and it is profitable and the other wants urgent money, then I don't think it is out of place to sell the website and probably go for another one for another resale as the case maybe. That is just my opinion.

Truth is that if I were into the domain selling and buying business, I would rather that i buy my domains and sell them off immidiately. But I'm not into domain selling stuff at the moment

I would personally want to park my domain because it means that I might be able to sell it for a more valuable place in the future than when I sell it outrightly
