Would you live in a tiny home community?

Tiny home communities seem to be on the rise. From people who enjoy living in tiny homes, to people who travel the country living in their car. I think there's a place for tiny home communities, because you can have that tiny house, or even include your camper or custom home out of a car. I think if I could afford a tiny home, I'd consider it. Would you?
