Would you live in a rooming house?

Rooms seem to be the new apartments in the US. In fact, apartments and homes have become unaffordable to rent, so an option is a room. What are some pros and cons of that decision?

Well, I think it is obvious to everyone that the biggest plus is the price and in this case you can earn more money for yourself and not only for expenses. You can also find cool people and have your own environment. However, the main disadvantage is again in people, because you cannot know what they will be like and it may be that for you it will only be suffering to live in such an environment

Yeah, I'm really blessed the people in this rooming house are reasonable people. However, they do get bad eggs. In fact, I got in so easy cause one person was impossible to deal with.
