Would you do undercover boss to help your business?

Undercover boss is a tv show where a boss will dress in a disguise and become a worker themselves to see how their workers are doing. The show is massively popular and many businesses have taken part. Would you ever take part in a show like this to help your business? Or would you worry your employees have some distaste for you and would bad mouth you first thing?

I am not after this kind of stunts. I like to give genuine feedback to my workers and praise those who are efficiency and productive, and try to encourage under performers for better performance. I do not see why I should go undercover and spy on my workers. I do not want to put pressure on my workers with things like this one
