Would you add a blog to your forum?

Adding a blog section to forums now is a common practice for so many website owners. It's known that blogs helps your websites to rant and it generates organic traffic.

Do you have any intentions of adding a blog section to your forum?

You need Search Engine Optimized content on your site to bring organic traffic. However, forum posts are rarely optimized for search engines, therefore, they might not bring search traffic. I definitely vouch for adding a blog for bringing search traffic.

I have a website that has a blog on the homepage and a forum on the directory. I started the website as a blog and later added forum. I have also created forums and then later added blog section. Having blogs with forums can help in traffic

Nope, I don't really have a use for it, to be honest. And I don't want to add it purely for the same of having it.
