Who's the worst ISP you've ever used? For me, it was Time Warner. The equipment never worked properly and our internet would ALWAYS go down when I was a kid, even if it was sunny out and no storms or any reason for it to go down. We moved to Verizon Fios when I was a freshman in high school and been with them ever since. I'm turning 34 in a few weeks.
