Worst eCPM you've seen?

What is the worst CPM rate you have ever seen? I have just logged into Adversal and was shocked to see a banner CPM rate of $0.02. Admittedly that was proxy traffic but still!

I have so much cash now I'd like to invest in a few business ventures. If anyone can find something to do with 2 cents then I'll consider it. Here are the stats today:
