if I had to choose between these two platforms, for a beautiful and simple blog I would choose wordpress with the utmost confidence. it's free, it has free themes, it's easy to use.

I will choose wordpress over Joomla because of ease of use and flexibility in using it. However, if I want to build an online store that is powerful, I will choose Joomla because it is beginner friendly and powerful
