WordPress blog on your forum

Do you have a blog section on your forum? Do you use WordPress for blog management, or are you using your forum software add ons for a blog? I have a forum built on phpbb and I am using WordPress for a blog.The blog is on the homepage and forum is on the directory. I am using blog on the home page because blogs are better for generating search traffic compared to forum posts.

Wordpress is a great option for a blog for your site. I personally prefer making my own blog that ties right to the forum, but if you want something that's fast, easy and you don't have to do any coding, wordpress will suffice.
