WordPress Based Forum Software

What's your take on it? Have you used it? What mod (to make the blog software a forum software) did you use? Myself, I have never tried to use it as an owner. However, I have experienced WpForo.

I have used multiple forum plugins on wordpress to create forums. Before, I started using open source forums, I was mainly using forums on wordpress and my personal favorite was WpForo

Do you think it's better or worse than bbPress? What are your reasons? Myself, I can't really remember the differences since it's been a long time.

I never used bbpress. I used Wpforo, which is really good. Wordpress forums are easier to manage and can be a better option to open source of premium software if you are just starting out.
