If you care to read the thread or visit the site, it says a "owned" license. Meaning it is not a monthly one. You get to keep the license and can use it forever. However, updates will run out after one year.

I do apologize for not catching these sooner thanks @Jordan for point that out. Yes you get the software for a lifetime but you do have to pay yearly fee to maintain support and upgrades.
