We've had many companies try to copy YouTube or do better than them, and most of the time they have failed. I think of stuff like Vimeo, as they are the next best thing in terms of services like YouTube where you can make video content. I know there are other sites, but Vimeo is all that is coming to my mind right now. And honestly I think Vimeo is pretty good for what it is, but it's not nearly as close to what YouTube offers.
