The boundary between human and machine is becoming increasingly tenuous. The possibilities for enhancing ourselves might increasingly allow us to work like machines. Robots themselves might soon be endowed with traditional human attributes such as cognition and emotional intelligence, allowing them to mimic the most complex human activities. Thus, we might have to rethink not only what it means to be human but also the nature of our competitive advantage in the labor market and our place alongside machines. Which jobs will we need other humans for? Which skills will we value most? And if work became mostly obsolete, what then will be our primary occupation, how will we earn our livelihoods and how will we redefine success?

With the level at which artificial intelligence is being improved by the day, I think this is more than possible. The future has a lot in store for humans

No matter the level of advanced technology we have all over the world, I don't see robot doing the exact way like we humans. They might try to do their best but I'm very sure it can never be perfect like that of we humans

A great point you've got there, they answers to your descriptions can't be one and it'll take time to analyze all of it.

Robots can never be peer, because in human Almighty God has completed his work well-done and in robots u can still find deficiency. In robots it's hard to get tired compare to humans.

Most of the things you've mentioned in your post is happening at present. This is the reason why people are engaging in machine learning so as to tap the opportunity that comes with. Robots are now making use of artificial intelligence in order to behave like humans.

I think robots will be more of a pain than a peer, humans can be anything but at least they posses a conscience and a mind of their own. Just imagine a peer that lacks reason only functions as programmed and at high risk to malfunction

It is not about making these robots becoming perfect like we humans are. The danger then will be about not being able to checkmate or control these robots we humans have made among us. The reality of this fact will be very deadly for humanity

Exactly my thoughts when the news of producing anti aging vaccine came up today. Currently, AI is taking up most works done formerly by humans such as ATMs, drones and the rest. This shows that in years to come, there will be massive load of jobs and invasion of computers.

They have already started creating most of the things you have mentioned, artificial intelligence is growing at a very high rates but what would make humans different from machines is the fact that they do not actually feel this emotions, they are only programed to feel that way in certain situations, unlike humans

Well not really peers and equals but they would definitely take you some jobs that humans normally do and it's something to look out for too as there are also indications now regarding that

The field of artificial intelligence is one that is rapidly expanding and growing. Subfields like deep learning, machine learning have seen a lot of development in recent years. In the next decade it's possible to see cheaper and more efficient robots

That's why we can't allow robots to be our power when it comes to work or jobs because as at this present moment in my country we have so many jobless youths out here so if robot now takes the job away from the little ones that have a job is a big disaster.

Robots can be built using artificial intelligence, machine learning and IoT but the fact is that it will actually take a very long time for us to build a robot that will actually perform 80% of what human can do in terms of rational thinking and emotional intelligence.

Technology have advance to the point where everything human can do robot can also do, that shows that few years from now robot will take over all the jobs human can do

This is what have been thinking overtime , but I came to conclusion that a robot is of no match to human , so if robot are to take over some of our work , we will be the one controlling them tho our pay won't be much

This analysis is impeccable. Yes, robots are becoming and can become all that. However, I tend to ask if robots with all the cognition in the world would be able to make a critical decision that the human mind would. For instance, say in some world or point in time, a robot treats as in doctor. A woman is in labor and it's critical, one has to go- mother or child. Can a robot make that decision?

I also can't help but think that in the long run, we would have cyborgs running around the place. We live in a world where humans go to any extent to get themselves enhanced. Some want to have super abilities, sharper senses, perfect bodies, etc. Perhaps humans themselves would become robots.

The funny thing is that robots are programmed and created by humans, which means whatever these robots can do, we can also do it as well or what do you think?

Things are actualy changing and the way we do our work will also do.The trend of events will get to tell us that we really need to be proactive in the way we approach life, work and things in general,so that things will not take us unaware.
