Why is NFT Popularity Fading?

A few years ago almost all forum sites talked about NFT (Non Fungible Token) even I often read several articles that became rich from selling NFT, many people were looking for ways to create NFT and how to sell it on the marketplace. In 2021, the popularity of NFT was very high and even reached its peak, but starting in 2022 NFT began to fade, Volume and trading decreased drastically and until now many people are indifferent to NFT. So in your opinion, what are the causes of the fading popularity of NFT?
