Why does the internet sector reward cheater housewives, scammer students?

Why does the internet sector support and reward cheater housewives, scammer students and other frauds in their online fraud, cybercrime , getting them government jobs for making fake claims that they are working online. The cheater housewives are only cooking and cleaning for their husbands, the students are only studying and enjoying themselves, like the frauds no one is doing computer work, yet the internet sector is supporting and rewarding the cheater housewives, scammer students and other frauds for cybercrime, banking fraud since 2010, making fake claims and getting them government jobs at the expense of those who are actually working online, investing money in domains?

If this is what happens then it's totally unfair to the real online earners fraternity. I think the relevant authorities must do it's work thoroughly on this.

It is not fair to the online earners who are spending their time daily to make some money, yet in some countries like India the government is ignoring all the complaints of the real online earners, because the dishonest greedy top tech and internet companies are supporting the cheater housewives, scammer students and others in their banking,online fraud since 2010.
