I visit to get to know people and on some, I advertise my projects but mostly it is just to talk to people.

What about you?

Just to share my interests and thoughts with others! It's nice to learn some new stuff on them too.

Similar to above, I just like meeting new people and sharing my interests! Also occasionally picking up the new stuff too.

I visit forums because I like learning stuff, whether I'm interested in it or not much. I also love to know/see things based on other people's perspectives! ☺️

That is a very good reason in order to visit these sites and for me personally this is part of the reason as well however i do it because of the earning potential as well.

The main reason is to discover the structure of every forum because they give you every day some kinds of new ideas every time.

There is a lot of different structures that you can use when it comes to a forum and you are right in saying that by being active on a forum you can see what is working for them as well.

The first forum I joined was Hubpages forum. I was there just to hang out with my co-writers. In 2015, I joined paid to post forums and my primary aim was to make quick bucks by posting on forums. Currently, I am active on multiple forums, I am on some forums because I earn and I use some forums just to hang out.

I suppose to unwind, relax, have a conversation with likeminded people and all that fun jazz. I like to visit forums because you're given a place to talk about all sorts of things, of course depending on the forum that is.

When I'm on forums I feel like I'm in a completely different universe of engagement and chilling in a relaxing atmosphere that makes me feel proud to be a part of. I love helping people with coding issues on my board and producing new codes for them to utilize. It can be a good feeling when you know you're helping people in the grand scheme of things.

My interest in forums started with coding forums a while back when I used to work on small MS Office macros for work. I think I ended up figuring out most of my coding issues through google searches and then finding someone's questions/solutions on a forum somewhere. I think all the forum content out there kind of serves as a vast Q&A for many issues, especially case-specific problems that no one's organized a specific webpage addressing.

I've been involved in other forums since (e.g., car forums) and have been drawn to them because of the sense I get that the people I interact with are "in the same shoes" that I am. Seeking answers on a forum is your best bet to find that one person in the world who may have had the exact same obscure issue that you had and is eager to share their experience with you.
