Housing seems like a sector that's reacting more to inflation than most of other projects. If other projects costs increased by 10%, housing have increased by 50%. This makes it very difficult to buy any new property now if you don't have excess money.

In my opinion, this is because the demand for houses is growing. The era of living in a big city has passed and everyone wants to live in log houses in a cozy area. In my opinion, this can cause a serious increase in prices, and real estate has always been expensive and it grows every year. in my opinion, in a couple of years there will be units of people who will be able to afford to buy real estate.

The cost of building and the increasing population have been factors that have made it happen. I will suggest that anyone that is able should focus on building their houses themselves and saving the cost of having to rent a house at a very costly price.
