Why are domain investors slandered in some countries?

In some countries, at least a few domain investors are slandered in the worst manner by the tech, internet companies, government agencies, who make fake allegations without any proof at all. These companies, agencies refuse to acknowledge the domain investor who is actually paying for the domains, especially the domain renewal expenses annually. Instead the government falsely claims that the domains of a private citizen, belongs to their well paid employees who refuse to purchase the domains, yet falsely claim to own the domains of a private citizen, and get monthly government salaries at the expense of the real domain investor. Are domain investors slandered in your country?

I have not heard of any such issues in my home country. Country domains are free for a lifetime in my home country.
